SoYoung is not responsible for additional charges or delays that arise because of addresses being entered incorrectly.

P.O. Boxes


For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. boxes

RETURNS FOR ONLINE CUSTOMERS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days from the purchase date in original, unused condition for a full refund (shipping charges excluded).

In order to begin the return or exchange process, you must send an email to soyoungmy@hotmail.com with your receipt or order number, and stating the reason for the return.


Once this information is received, you will be sent a return authorization number and a return shipping address. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
When the warehouse has confirmed receipt of the returned item(s) and has verified it’s in original, unused condition, your method of payment will be issued a refund. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the refund. Please be advised it may take a few weeks for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

RETURNS FOR ONLINE CUSTOMERS WHO PURCHASED AT A RETAIL LOCATION

For purchases of a SoYoung product at a retail store, you will be required to return to the original place of purchase for any issues related to returns or exchanges. In this case, returns are subject to the retailers returns policy, please reach out to them directly for assistance. You will be expected to provide some reasonable proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or a credit card/bank statement showing the amount and date of transaction. Should the need arise, the retailer will then contact SoYoung to address this issue.

RETURNS FOR ITEMS MARKED AS 'FINAL SALE'

SoYoung does not accept any returns or exchanges and cannot make any refunds or price adjustments on items marked as 'Final Sale'.
